Chef Alex, a proud Marine and Army Veteran, carries a legacy that resonates through this stunning knife. Chef Alex while in the Marine Corps was deployed to Iraq in April 2003-2004 with Charlie Battery 1/44 Air Defense Artillery stationed Operation base Speicher. Chef Alex Call Sign was “Combat Knife” during this Combat deployment. Chef Alex Continued to serve until retiring out of the Army as a Culinary Specialist Instructor. The Combat Knife pays homage to his services while celebrating his passion for culinary excellence. In recognition and support of Chef Alex’s Military Service, 10% of the profit will be donated to Zero Dark Thirty https://zerodarkthirtycoffee.org/ assisting Veterans and First Responders with PTSD.
